Our Story

ScamWar.com was born from a painful but transformative personal experience. Like millions of others, my wife and I fell victim to a sophisticated scam that cost us $10,000 – money we had worked hard to save.

The Turning Point

That devastating loss could have broken us, but instead, it ignited a fire within us. We realized that if it could happen to us, it could happen to anyone. The shame, frustration, and financial stress we experienced drove us to take action – not just for ourselves, but for everyone facing similar threats.

After our experience, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about scam prevention, digital security, and personal information protection. What started as a personal mission to protect our family grew into a passion for helping others avoid the pain we experienced.

We launched ScamWar.com in 2024 with one simple goal: to turn our painful lesson into a powerful tool for protecting others.

Having experienced the emotional and financial impact of scams firsthand, I focus on creating supportive resources and ensuring our community feels heard and protected. I manage user feedback and help make our tools as user-friendly as possible.
